From the RIPL ROCKET NEWSROOM:

We are proud to be a ROCKET because Rockets...

R = RISE ABOVE

O = OPEN MINDED

C = CONNECTED

K = KIND

E = EMPATHIC

T = TEAM PLAYERS

S = SPEAK LIFE

1. Rockets, your RIPL team wants you to know that we are SO PROUD of how you have RISEN ABOVE the crazy of this year. THANK YOU for sharing with us the ways you have risen above. A few common themes you shared include HELPING OTHERS, CHOOSING GRATITUDE, and trying your best to have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE.

2. We also put you up to a KINDNESS CHALLENGE, and WOW, your ideas knocked our socks off! The winning idea put to fruition was the active bulletin board created by Mrs. Radzwill's class: "Throw Kindness Around Like Confetti". It added joy, kindness, some RIPL cheer and caring to our daily lives here at school. Thank you, and congratulations to your class for throwing kindness around like confetti!

3. Finally, we are incredibly grateful and excited about the outpouring of students who want to be RIPL leaders and a part of the student RIPL team starting up next school year. We cannot wait to work with you, so keep your eyes peeled for our first meeting in the fall as we kick off the O for OPEN MINDED.

Have a wonderful summer, and remember, you are all RIPL ROCKSTARS! Love, your RIPL team
