Our NHS Celebration for "Change for a Change" today at 9:00.

Day 2 in Duluth the 6th graders were able to experience a Vista cruise around the Habor, tour the William A Arvin ship that has been turned into a museum. They also walked down to the canale as the waves were huge and ended the day at the aquarium. Definitely a great history trip











Reminder - Friday, May 5th is a scheduled Early Release day. This is an "A" Day, meaning we will hold periods 1-5 in order.

The 6th grade had a great history lesson today at the Forest History Center in Grand Rapids were they went back in time to the 1900s Northwoods logging company.

The Underwood 6th grade had their DARE graduation today. They have been learning about the dangers of vaping, smoking and drug use. They have also learned how to deal with peer pressure and improving communication skills. Thank you Officer Doll for your time and efforts.

All after school activities tonight, April 20th, are cancelled, due to the weather. This includes the play practice scheduled for today after school.
This also includes all OTC sports.

Recent RIPL Challenge Winners



Congratulations to the Rocket Speech Team on their 5th place finish at the Section 6A Speech Tournament. Final round qualifiers were Lili Hermes 5th place Extemporaneous Reading, Isabella Dlouhy 6th place Prose, Mason Hoyt 3rd place Discussion, Tyler Herr 1st place Storytelling, Kaily Burgau 5th place Extemporaneous Speaking and McKenna Geones 6th place Extemporaneous Speaking. Tyler and Mason will move on to compete at the MSHSL State Speech Tournament on April 29th at Eastview High school.



Underwood School will be 1 hour late on Thursday, April 6th. No breakfast will be served.
REMINDER: Students will also be released at 12:30pm for our regularly scheduled early release day. There is also no school Friday as planned.
